About the Role We are looking for a Conference Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing content across all theatres. This includes developing compelling programs tailored to specific audience personas. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities Develop content strategy and plans based on customer insights for The London Book Fair. Create high-quality, research-based conference agendas and event formats. Identify, secure, and manage high-profile speakers from leading organisations. Collaborate with sponsors and customers to meet the objectives of both exhibitors and visitors. Contribute to the content marketing strategy by creating engaging content such as videos, polls, and interviews. Work with the sales team to identify sponsorship and new product opportunities. Requirements: Experience in conference production and management. Strong research skills and the ability to deliver top-level programs to tight deadlines. Ability to recommend new and improved conference structures or models. Strong networking and people management skills.
