Barrus has developed a portfolio of leading brands across the whole Garden market sector; from premium quality lawn tractors, lawnmowers and powered garden equipment (both domestic and commercial markets) to an extensive range of garden tools, gardening footwear and gardening gloves. Our divisional sales teams, dealers, retail and trade customers are serviced by a dedicated administration team. We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Sales Co-ordinator
to support these award-winning divisions. Main Responsibilities: Sales order processing and administration Raising of returns Issuing credit notes Query and complaints processing Dealing with product and pricing inquiries from field sales teams, dealers, manufacturers, and end-users The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills. You will possess excellent communication, administrative, IT, and organizational skills and will have the aptitude for working under pressure in a structured, efficient manner, to tight deadlines. You will have thorough attention to detail and be quick to grasp new ideas and concepts. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years experience working in a busy sales office environment.
