About the Role: You will play a key role in maximising kitchen appliance sales and providing first class customer service within the Company's Heathfield, Newton Abbot branch. To become part of the sales team you'll need to be able to build lasting relationships with customers and take real pride in your work. It goes without saying that you'll be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, drive and energy. You will spend time with customers, get to know their needs and lifestyle then offer advice and help with selecting the best appliances for them. Responsibilities: Serving retail customers, providing product information, closing sales and invoicing Answering telephone enquiries and responding efficiently to customer issues Dealing with customer service issues and maintaining records General showroom housekeeping and pricing duties Monitoring supplier orders and keeping customers informed Picking stock, filling the showroom and loading customers' vehicles Working as part of a team The Ideal Candidate: With a real drive to hit personal and store targets, you will demonstrate your passion for success at the same time as delivering outstanding customer service.
