About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and scale a top-performing Sales Development team. This team will consist of exceptional talent aiming to exceed pipeline targets and prepare SDRs for advancement into Account Executive roles in our fastest-growing region - EMEA. What You’ll Do Lead and expand a high-performing team of 10+ SDRs who consistently exceed ambitious goals and are on track to become future AEs. Own and drive new business pipeline targets by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue impact across Enterprise and Major segments. Foster strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to collaborate on new campaigns and field events. Attract, recruit, develop, and retain top-notch SDR talent. Coach and guide SDRs to develop into high-performing Corporate Account Executives. Lead by inspiration, focusing on a “Results-Driven” approach, emphasizing servant leadership and impact. About You Bring 2–5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of guiding high-performing, pipeline-driven teams in a rapidly expanding tech environment. Passionate about attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent early in their sales and management careers. Possess a strong sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and enthusiasm for your work. Have the strategic vision to build a team, combined with the tactical ability to drive daily execution. Known for your collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable approach with cross-functional teams. Have a data-driven mindset, are highly analytical, and excel at making decisions based on metrics. Strive to master predictable revenue models, sales development strategies, value-based selling, and leadership development.
