The Role: We are looking for a motivated and friendly Casual Sales Assistant to support our Shop Manager and team in the effective running of our busy shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, and needs flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Sort and prepare donations for sale Steam and price clothing items Create eye-catching shop displays Handle cash and operate the till Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers Address customer queries and resolve issues Build connections within the local community Stay informed about our products and current promotions The Candidate: At least 1 year of retail or related fast-paced environment experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Organised, efficient, and proactive Positive attitude and a customer-first approach Reside within 30 minutes of the shop Working Times: 8-hour shift with a 30-minute paid break What We Offer: Employee Assistance Program 28 days holiday, including bank and public holidays pro rata Employee discount (subject to conditions) How to Apply: If you are passionate about retail and want to make a difference, we would love to hear from you!
