This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator, ideally with a minimum of 1 year of estate agency experience or a strong background in administration/conveyancing. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to new and existing clients while working and collaborating with our team in the Darlington branch and the wider Smith & Friends Estate Agency network. Your role is critical to the sales process, and you must be confident with face-to-face/telephone negotiations, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive and enthusiastic outlook. Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and communicate viewings with clients Liaise directly with vendors and buyers Qualify all potential buyers Keep up-to-date knowledge of the local property market Mediate with potential buyers and vendors throughout the sales process Generate new business through being proactive and driven to succeed Commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times As a Sales Negotiator, you will share our vision to push our service levels to the highest standard while demonstrating a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.
