We are looking for an experienced E-Discovery Sales Representative to support our Group Sales and Marketing team. The Forensic Access Group (incorporating Forensic Access, IntaForensics, Alecto Forensics, Analytical Services International and Forensic Testing Services) is a leading provider of forensic science services to the Criminal Justice System. IntaForensics, a leader in digital forensics, cybersecurity, and e-Discovery services, brings together a comprehensive suite of forensic and investigative expertise, trusted by clients across law enforcement, legal, and corporate sectors. We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced Sales Representative who can hit the ground running to deliver leading-edge e-Discovery and Digital Investigation solutions to businesses, law firms, and government agencies. The Location UK (Hybrid based at our facilities in Nuneaton, Warwickshire) The Position We are looking to hire a Sales Representative to drive growth for our e-Discovery and Digital Investigations offerings, targeting legal, corporate, and public sector clients. With a competitive base salary and attractive commission structure, this role rewards your expertise and effort while offering the chance to shape the future of forensic solutions within the market. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new clients across target sectors, including legal, corporate, and law enforcement. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their digital investigation needs and provide tailored solutions using industry-leading tools like Relativity. Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and drive repeat business. Sales Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of IntaForensics and the Forensic Access Group. Collaboration: Work in partnership with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Supporting Tenders/Bid writing as required. What We’re Looking For Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in legal tech, IT solutions, or SaaS industries. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix) and/or digital investigation services is a strong advantage. Ability to breach out into new markets and sectors. Consultative Selling: Ability to understand complex client requirements and deliver value-driven solutions. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-Motivation: Highly organised and able to manage time effectively, whether working remotely or onsite.
