Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Manila time) with 1-hour unpaid break Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in converting enquiries into bespoke quotes, primarily working from our Shopify platform. This position requires a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to efficiently process hot leads. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and generating bespoke quotes. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Utilize the Shopify platform to manage quotes and customer interactions. Collaborate with the existing team and adapt to cover customer service needs as they arise. Maintain accurate records and manage basic administrative tasks using Excel and CSV files. Utilize Office 365 tools effectively, including email and shared drives. Requirements
Strong customer-focused mindset with proven experience in sales and customer service. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain patient and encouraging during the sales process. Proficient English speaker with a comprehensive understanding of the language. Basic administrative skills with proficiency in Excel and CSV file management. Familiarity with Office 365, including email and shared drives. In-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform and its back-office operations. Efficient time management skills, with a reliable power supply and secure internet connection. Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
