Zest Scientific is recruiting a Tissue Diagnostics Sales Specialist for a leading organisation in the pharmaceutical space.

Strengthening diagnosis improves chances of survival for the millions of people living with cancer, which means precise, personalised diagnostics are critical as we continue the fight against this deadly disease.

As an innovator of tissue-based diagnostic solutions for patients worldwide, our client provides anatomic pathology labs with a powerful combination of instrumentation, medical value assays and digitally integrated workflow.

The candidate:

Experience in field sales with knowledge of Tissue Diagnostics product portfolio.

Educated with a BSc (Hons) / BA Degree in a Life Science or with related experiences such as a Biomedical Scientist background.

Skilled in defining customer needs and building strong and effective relationships.

Have knowledge of best practices in Cellular Pathology (especially IHC) and cancer pathways.

Resilient, tenacious, adaptable, and flexible to work in a changing environment.

Self-motivated, focused and methodical, with the ability to work alone yet readily communicate and share knowledge with the team.

You will develop commercial excellence in your territory using the latest digital sales engagement tools.

The role:

You will promote client product's value proposition to key clinical, procurement, and finance stakeholders.

Taking the lead in the account sales strategy and execution for the product portfolio on your territory, you will work closely with Customer Account Managers, Product Specialists, Managed Laboratory Service Team and Workflow IT Specialists.

Managing and coordinating the Tissue Diagnostics response within complex pan pathology procurements.

Identifying market development and changes in the NHS landscape on your territory to maximise opportunities.

This is a permanent opportunity and will cover the Midlands.
