What we do?

At Drumlanrig Castle, visitors are spoiled for choice. The role?

As Visitor Experience Assistant, you’ll play a key role in welcoming and engaging with our visitors, undertaking a wide range of duties in our gift shop, tearoom and Larchwood Cabin Café. From serving food and drinks to assisting customers with queries, this is a great opportunity to gain experience and help us deliver high standards of customer service to all our visitors. This is a seasonal role from March to October, with variable hours (including weekends and occasional evenings). The person?

You will be great with people, approachable, calm under pressure, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
