Our client embraces a Hybrid work-from-home model, with the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days from home. About the AI Architect role: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on AI Architect. This pivotal role involves the design and development of our AI/ML platform architecture, serving as the subject matter expert for the AI field. This position requires deep knowledge on cloud AI platforms, and excellent communication and presentation skills. As an important part of the AI Center of Excellence, this function also will help to promote the awareness, integration, and utilization of AI across the organization, working with other architects to build a robust, scalable, and integrated platform to support products and services. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI platforms and solutions, promoting the alignment with other architects to ensure interoperability and seamless integration with different platforms. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and ensure competitiveness. Direct the exploration and implementation of new AI technologies and methodologies, including Generative AI and MLOps. Solution Development and Implementation: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain a framework and a platform to leverage and standardize the utilization of AI and machine learning across the company. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field. Master’s or Ph.D. in AI would be considered a plus. At least 5 years of experience in the AI field, having developed AI solutions and products, with significant experience in developing cutting-edge platforms using cloud (preferably AWS) and LLMs to enable seamless evolution and standardized utilization of AI and machine learning by the organization. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex data/AI/ML architecture and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Experience in creating RAG systems and building applications using flow and agents based on LLMs. Experience with MLOps and DevOps for data and AI solutions. Proficiency in AI technologies, event-driven and real-time data analytics environments, development and utilization of machine learning algorithms, MLOps, online feature stores for real-time low latency applications, generative AI cloud frameworks, and prompt/flow/agent engineering. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI and ML space to proactively implement improvements, suggest innovative ways, and ensure it remains at the forefront of innovation in this dynamic field. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts into clear business strategies to be communicated to different stakeholders at various levels of seniority and skills.
