Our client, an award-winning, leading Law firm, seeks to recruit an upbeat and proactive Events and Communications Executive to be based at their newly refurbished, immaculate offices in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, varied role within the professional services sector. The Role Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage a variety of events and communication projects from concept to completion. Your focus will be on increasing brand awareness, showcasing our clients expertise, and maintaining exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute a mix of virtual and in-person events, ranging from small office-based workshops (10-40 attendees) to larger external events (up to 70 attendees). Source venues, arrange invitations, promote events on social media, and ensure seamless delivery on the day. Create guest lists and manage CRM data (HubSpot). Develop engaging invites and promotional materials for social media, newsletters, and websites. Support breakfast and evening events as needed. Coordinate logistics, including room setup, tech support, and managing technical issues. Oversee the smooth running of events, capturing content for post-event marketing. Report on event outcomes and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. Draft and proof engaging copy for e-communications, PR, and marketing materials. Manage the firm's social media profiles, creating and curating dynamic content. Assist with website updates and maintaining brand identity across all channels. The Person Experience:

At least 1-2 years in a communications role, with expertise in copywriting, marketing communications, and post-event marketing. Tech Skills:

Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic website/content management systems. Data-Driven:

Strong data analysis skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Event Expertise:

Proven ability to manage events from planning to execution. Communication:

Outstanding writing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Driving Licence:
