We're looking for a video editor to join our team. This role involves editing and clipping videos to be uploaded to our website and social media channels. May also be required to operate our recording/live-streaming studio equipment.
Our ideal candidate will have experience using Adobe Suite, with confidence in using Premiere Pro and Photoshop, and be able to edit content in a timely manner. Skills such as animation and visual effects are also desirable.
The successful candidate must be able to work full-time office hours from our Swindon office; we are unfortunately not accepting remote applications for this position.
Responsibilities:
Working to a schedule to produce video content in a timely manner. Editing long-form & short-form content for lotuseaters.com and Lotus Eater accounts on 3rd party platforms. Creating graphics, designs, and animations including thumbnails, video wall backgrounds, merchandise, and animated sequences. Monitoring and editorialising viewer-submitted content. Fulfilling other technical responsibilities at the demand of the company including studio management. Skills:
A high level of understanding of videography and audio production. An understanding of live streaming and new media production. Experience using Adobe’s creative suite, in particular Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Time management skills and the ability to work to a schedule. A proactive and dependable approach, ensuring your work supports the company’s endeavours. How to apply:
