Atlas SEO is a digital marketing agency that specialises in high-end link building and content production. The company was founded in January 2020 and we have enjoyed excellent growth since. We currently have 30 people in our offices, and are undergoing a major period of expansion, looking to double before the end of the year! As a fast-expanding and relatively young company, we’re looking for individuals who have drive and would be interested in working their way up in a company with new opportunities constantly arising! Atlas SEO is hiring a new member of our fantastic content team! The position is office-based, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station in the heart of Norwich. As an EEAT Executive, your role would specialise in managing freelancers to focus on one project with a lower volume than our normal job roles, but higher levels of complexity. You will be responsible for: Working alongside the EEAT Team Leads to manage the content lifecycle, anticipating hold-ups, proposing solutions and reporting issues. Creating topics, briefing content orders, and allocating work to writers and editors. Performing quality checks on content to ensure it meets standards and requirements. Updating content related information on the order database. Managing our Upwork account, which will include communicating with freelancers, allocating assignments, setting up job ads and growing our network! We train our staff in a range of tools including basic SEO tools, plagiarism, and AI detection. Our content is a point of pride for our agency, and we want our staff to be well versed! All training is given on the job; prior knowledge of content or project management isn’t mandatory but may be helpful. Minimum Requirements: Microsoft Word/Excel (basic skills) English and Maths (minimum GCSE grade C/grade 5) Great interpersonal skills Great attention to detail Experience in a content environment Any SEO knowledge Analytical thinker Strong organisational skills Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays per annum Company meals and trips Comfy Fridays Early Friday Finish Flexible start hours 24/7 mental health professional telephone support, and limited number annually of free face-to-face counselling sessions
