Producers, Production Assistant. Description: Our Senior Producer oversees the studio’s Film, CGI, Motion & VFX production projects. You’ll be skilled in all three facets of production - pre-production, production and post-production - and ensure that client projects run smoothly, stay on schedule and budget. This permanent hybrid role (three days in our studio in Winchester) requires an on-set presence, high levels of organisation, communication, collaboration and passion for delivering standout creative. We’re looking for someone with the following: Excels at building rapport and relationships with colleagues, crew and clients An extensive black book of high quality production contacts Unphased by the fast paced, often ever changing nature of the projects you’ll be managing Calm and level headed under pressure Ability to effectively prioritise and juggle tasks Excellent spoken and written English A minimum of 4 years’ experience at an agency, production company or in-house brand team. Responsibilities and Skills: Work closely with, and report into, our Head of Moving Image to deliver professional, flawless project management across a range of assigned projects to ensure we deliver high levels of service and creativity to our clients. Be a senior presence on shoots around the world. Frequent national and international travel is a key part of the role. Drive projects forward through in-depth knowledge of our capabilities and resources, internally and externally. Lead larger production projects, tracking development of creative against client briefs, ensuring that the integrity of design and creative strategy is upheld throughout. Keep a sharp focus on scope, budget and timelines, whilst remaining mindful of efficiency and profitability. Budget, plan and track projects to maximise project profitability using our financial management systems, highlighting any budget challenges to the Client Services team. Manage and maintain an up to date roster of ‘Signed Artists’ for utilisation on relevant production projects. Negotiate and instruct hire of external resources as required. Liaise and troubleshoot with the Producers to manage project workflow and ensure sufficient and appropriate resource is allocated for your projects to meet client deadlines and medium-term plans are in place to forecast resource requirements. Ensure efficient and effective handovers to the Post-Production Producer. Mentor our producers and production assistants. How We Measure Your Success: Teamwork and Collaboration: Extremely close collaboration with the Head of Moving Image upwards and Producer team downwards. Display first class communication skills, collaborating closely with the Creative and Client Services teams to ensure that client requests are clearly conveyed to your project’s team. Ensure clients’ expectations are consistently exceeded, upholding our exceptional creative standards. Bring enthusiasm and energy to your role, whilst motivating others to do the same. Work directly with clients to understand their creative needs, developing strong, nurturing relationships and driving forward the creative excellence of Out of Nothing. Creativity and Curiosity: Demonstrate an ability to craft topics and drive conversations in terms that interest and benefit both our clients, team members and the agency as a whole. Demonstrate self-awareness and the ability to network with peers and collaborators at all seniority levels. Demonstrate a responsibility on projects and a willingness and ability to deliver the highest level of service and support for both clients and team members at every stage of the project. Organisation and Planning: Maintain internal paperwork where relevant to your projects (including but not limited to; briefs, plans, schedules, contact reports, meeting notes, finance trackers, NDA's, contracts and vendor agreements, risk assessments, Freelancer Onboarding Forms, Location approvals). With support from the Operations team and external insurance suppliers, ensure production projects comply with any stipulated health and safety regulations, union requirements, copyright laws, and insurance terms. Adhere to our processes when creating and saving client materials, internal assets and final files. Actively engage and lead relevant meetings and team sessions. Manage and track your projects workflow via our chosen project management system. Manage and report on time spent on tasks as and when requested. Attend both external and internal meetings, calls and the studio on time, every time. Adhere to our processes when requesting leave, and take all allocated annual leave as required.
