Job Description
Meyer's Landscaping has been creating beautiful outdoor residential spaces and solving complicated landscaping problems since 1979. We take pride in expanding our client’s usable space and enhancing their quality of life at home, and always aim to exceed their expectations. We are hiring a skilled landscape foreman with the drive to finish projects on time and excellent problem-solving skills (knowing everything has a solution). We create one-of-a-kind landscapes, working with all types of materials from building wooden decks to designing natural stone patios, ponds, and gardens. Our team is our greatest asset and our work environment is our top priority right next to our customer’s satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Skills & Professional Training: Driver's License - G, Clean Driving Record, Primary access to a vehicle, Skid Steer Ideal Construction Experience: Skills installing wood structures, pavers, natural stone, flagstone, irrigation, lighting, ponds, and waterfalls, and gardening (carpentry skills a real asset) Physical Fit and Able to Lift Heavy Items Experience with Tools: gas-powered, battery powered, and general tools Great Leadership Skills and Drive: a desire to understand what it takes to drive a team and a project to completion with respect to man hours, materials budgeted for the job, and maintain a happy productive crew Able to Operate Equipment: skid-steer, mini-excavator, and experience with trailers Willingness to work in all outdoor conditions (heat, rain, snow) Valid G driver’s license (preferred AR License), reliable vehicle, and clean drivers abstract Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and great with clients 2+ years experience in construction or related work
Compensation $20 to $35/hour
