Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for a

Content Specialist

to drive our next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll create engaging content, manage multi-channel campaigns, and align efforts to amplify Labman’s growth. You’ll combine hands-on content creation with strategic initiatives, working with teams to execute impactful marketing strategies. If you're a creative storyteller passionate about growth, we’d love to have you on our team to shape Labman’s future marketing.

In This Role, You Will Be

Creating compelling content: Develop engaging, relevant, and accurate content across various formats to support Labman’s marketing initiatives. Driving social media strategy: Manage and grow Labman’s social media presence to enhance online engagement and visibility. Executing integrated campaigns: Plan and execute coordinated marketing campaigns that align with our brand and mission. Collaborating across teams: Work closely with Business Development and other teams to ensure cohesive market strategies and impactful campaigns. Designing high-quality visuals: Use top-notch design skills to create graphics and marketing materials that captivate our audience. Championing growth strategies: Lead the development and execution of holistic marketing strategies focused on driving Labman’s growth.

Great Skills To Have For This Role

Creative and technical skills: Proficient in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong photography and filming skills, and an understanding of the latest camera technologies. Project management and analytical abilities: Exceptional organizational skills and a data-driven approach to evaluating campaign performance and making informed decisions. Marketing expertise: Experienced in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Effective communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Industry knowledge: A deep understanding of Labman’s industry, with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
