Contractual hours: 37 Basis: Permanent Job category/type: The Pulse The Pulse, Dursley is a small leisure facility situated in the centre of Dursley Town. The Pulse, Dursley comprises of a 25 metre swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, indoor cycling and fitness studio. Job summary As Customer Engagement Manager, you are responsible for providing a superior experience and ongoing support to our valued customers, ensuring they get the best possible experience from our products/services. You will build a relationship with the customers to understand their goals and guide them through a program that’s tailored to their needs. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and provide support via face to face and email. The centre is open 7 days a week and your working pattern will reflect this. We will continue to invest in your ongoing training and give you opportunities to work in other areas of the business as well. Applicants will be subject to an enhanced vetting and barring clearance.
