I am recruiting for a business who are a leader in the pharmaceutical services industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to their clients. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join the growing team in Swindon.

Job Description:

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in either pharmaceutical packaging or scientific sales to transition into a sales support role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

Requirements: Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging in any capacity, or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a scientific sales role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
