This role offers a unique chance to take on organisational responsibilities and potentially move into leadership positions as the business grows. What to Expect in This Role: Daily Responsibilities: Engage with customers and represent our clients across three key campaigns: Business-to-Business, Business-to-Consumer, and Events. Work Schedule: Office hours are Monday through to Saturday with flexible working days. We’re seeking candidates available for at least 4 full days per week. Coaching & Mentoring: Benefit from one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help you meet and exceed targets. Team Collaboration: Participate in team meet-ups and upskilling sessions to boost productivity and teamwork. Social Perks: Enjoy regular fun social activities for team bonding and recognition of your hard work, as well as local store discounts. Travel Opportunities: Get involved in national and international events and work trips (all business expenses covered). Who We’re Looking For: Experience: While previous experience is valued, it's not required as comprehensive sales coaching and product coaching will be provided to all Sales Advisors. Skills: Ideal candidates work well both independently and as part of a team, exhibit a strong work ethic, are honest, and have a keen enthusiasm to learn. Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for all Sales Advisors to effectively engage with customers. Earnings Potential: This subcontracted role is commission-based, with the average weekly earnings ranging from £450-£600, and potential for growth with experience and motivation as this is completely uncapped. Availability: Flexibility is key, with a preference for those who can commit to at least 4 full days a week. Eligibility Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa suitable for this role. Tier 4 student & Tier 2 skilled work visas are NOT accepted.
