A global market leader in design and manufacture of innovative products for the German education market is seeking an ambitious German Speaking Regional Sales Manager to nurture and develop new and existing business opportunities to generate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strengthen business relationships with key customer accounts and identify new accounts. Establish new routes to market and the introduction of additional product opportunities. Collaborate with German distributors and partners. Grow the organisation's market presence and their product portfolio to a broader audience. The ability to negotiate, manage contracts, production, shipping and logistics. Travel to Germany approximately 4 times a year. Able to manage your own time, diary and booking appointments. Essential Requirements:

Fluent in German and English both written and verbal. Proven sales management experience within the German or European education markets or similar sectors. Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales service. Excellent interpersonal skills to be confident, engaging and proactive in business development. Good knowledge of CRM packages (ideally (url removed)) and MS Office. It is essential you have a full driver's licence with access to your own vehicle, as the role offers a car allowance. Desirable Requirements:

Connections within the German education sector. Experience working with distributors to drive product awareness and growth. The Package:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm. Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £45K to £50K. Car allowance.
