Are you passionate about cooking and shopping for kitchenware? ProCook is looking for a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that helps our customers find exactly what they need for their cooking adventures. This position is vital to our customer experience. As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, providing them with exceptional service and expert advice on our range of products. A Typical Day at Work:
Welcome customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills. Maintain store merchandise and ensure the store is clean and welcoming. Handle cashier duties, including transactions and returns. Daily Activities:
Greet customers with enthusiasm and a smile. Showcase our kitchen products to excite and inform customers. Assist customers with their purchases and provide checkout services. Keep the store well-organised and stocked with inventory. Support the team in daily operations and tasks as needed. We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has a passion for customer service and helping others. Retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Is driven to achieve sales targets and goals. Is a positive team player with a friendly demeanor. Can actively listen to customers and understand their needs. Is organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
