Forge and
develop relationships
with developers in the area Win instructions
for new sites Gain and keep
Sole Agency Ensure the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Manager:
Preferably experience in
New Homes Sales
with an Estate Agency or builder/developer, or Estate Agency experience in
Residential Sales Able to
build relationships
and
deliver sales
in a
target-driven
environment Outstanding
customer care
/
customer service
experience Resilient, positive, organised, numerate , and
detail-oriented Self-motivated , able to work autonomously and act on your own
initiative Excellent verbal and written
communication
skills IT literate
