Ricoh are now offering a fantastic opportunity into Print Care through our new On Site Field Service Technician role which will involve maintaining and performing fixes on our Ricoh printers across both Bedford and Luton Hospital. Please note, whilst this is an entry level role, previous experience working with printers is desirable: What you will be doing To ensure customer equipment in the designated customer base is in good working order through the daily and weekly supply of consumables, e.g. paper, toner and cards, in order to maximise machine up time and ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure all relevant data is fed back to Head Office, within set deadlines in order for both the Company and the customers records to be kept accurate. Management and control of site stock, in order to minimise stock losses. You will ideally have

Full training will be provided for this role, however we are looking for: Good working knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering, Full UK driving license
