Our client: A leading UK business operating primarily within civil's and infrastructure schemes.
What you'll be doing: The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing tender and contract documents, including performing risk, value management and cost control. Working on civil engineering and infrastructure projects, you will also be responsible for managing costs from inception to completion to minimise cost and maximising value for money. Change management and early warning. Contract administration (NEC forms of contract).
What you will need to be successful: The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified, with at least an HNC in Quantity Surveying. Experience working within a civil engineering background. At least 3+ years' post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying. Experience in dealing with NEC Contracts is beneficial.
What's in it for you? A competitive annual salary £45,000 - £50,000. Company car/car allowance.
