We are currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Widnes area to work for a local social housing contractor. This is an ongoing self-employed role, where a company van and fuel card are supplied from day one.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out day-to-day repairs and planned works. Carpentry - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves, etc. Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets, etc. Patch plastering. Tiling. Painting and decorating. General maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving License. Relevant industry experience within social housing. Your own tools.
