£18 - £24 per hour - temporary contract
Ongoing temporary position for an electrician to work at a static site in Derby. The role will involve pre-planned and reactive maintenance and minor installation work. This position is to start in January and work on an ongoing basis as part of a small team, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Main duties will include (but not limited to):
Maintenance and installation of mains, distribution wiring and distribution boards, sockets, switchgear, 3 phase systems, lighting, emergency lighting and all building services electrical plant. Liaison with other engineers on site. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Small works electrical tasks. Facilities maintenance as part of an on-site facilities team.
Requirements: Must be a fully qualified electrician with 18th edition. Experience of carrying out commercial maintenance and small installation works. Live within reasonable commuting distance of the site in Derby.
On offer is an ongoing temporary position, paying between £18 and £24 per hour depending on pay method, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
