architectural, building consultancy, and interior design company

as they embark on an expansive programme of work in the world of electric charging infrastructure. Based in either their Skipton or Leeds office, our client is a well-known business with an excellent working culture and company values. Their experienced architecture team has a stellar reputation for having designed and delivered numerous high-quality projects across the UK. Their portfolio of work spans multiple sectors, many of these on behalf of repeat clients who have been returning for decades. An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their thriving energy team. This specialist role will focus on multiple electric forecourts and rapid charging station projects across the UK. These buildings will be high-specification and often incorporate hospitality and retail spaces, so we are looking for a competent individual to take real leadership in designing and delivering these complex schemes. Architectural Technologist / Technician with at least 3-5 years’ experience within the UK construction industry, more experienced Technologists up to senior level will also be considered. The ability to use the BIM software Revit is essential for the role, and individuals with advanced BIM experience will be looked upon favourably. Architectural Technologist / Technician Requirements: A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent At least 3-5 years’ experience working within an architectural organisation Demonstrable experience operating on large-scale projects/developments High proficiency using both AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) Confident job runner with previous project delivery experience Broad experience in the production of technical drawing/detailing packages Competent in applying standard UK Building Regulations Confident in coordinating and liaising with other consultants A flexible and positive approach to working within a team or autonomously Security clearance (or ability to obtain) would be beneficial Be based within commuting distance of either Skipton or Leeds The successful Architectural Technologist / Technician will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team and become part of an energetic business.
