Mechanical Maintenance Engineer- Swindon The Company: My client is one of the largest independent providers of property maintenance services in the UK, providing both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to thousands of clients across tens of thousands of locations around the UK. They provide, Mechanical & Electrical, Fabric, Air conditioning and Combustion, maintenance and installations to commercial & retail environments. With 15 regional offices they are national specialists in planned and responsive maintenance and all of there services are based on self delivery , which means that they employ only the best, fully qualified in-house technicians and engineers to maintain quality standards. They currently employ over 2000 technicians and engineers. The Role Reporting into the Contract Manager the role will be to carry out assigned day to day delivery of planned maintenance and small works assigned to you on wide range of different types of properties and systems. You will be required to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm across a number of commerical Sites in Wiltshire. Duties will include: Servicing and maintaining all critical plant: AHU's, Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, Pressurisation units All building services (mechanical) installs ,repairs and maintenance of sanitary ware and associated fittings , piping, valves All BMS operations and servicing and repair of BMS controlled plant - FCUs ,CAV's VAV's(actuators ,valves) dampers, vents and all critical plant. Reactive tasks and PPM's Qualifications/Experience Required You should hold City & Guilds or NVQ in a mechanical or plumbing discipline level 3 or its equivalent. You should have previous experience carrying out HVAC mechanical plant maintenance to office buildings You must be client facing with good communication skills.
