If so, my client could well be the employer for you. The role of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:
You will be travelling within a designated area to represent your employer at their customers' sites. You will have a fully equipped van. You will be working on a variety of LCV's and Vans of differing makes and models. We are looking for a self-motivated and independent Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Fitter who can conduct the following: Preventative Maintenance Emergency Breakdowns Engine work and diagnostic investigations Correction of running defects Ensure all repairs meet VOSA requirements. Improvement of vehicle standards Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections Requirements for this Mobile Vehicle Technician position:
Ideally, you will be fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent with a full driving licence, (ideally clean). Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable. Job Details:
Location: Penrith Monday to Friday 6am - 5pm Paid to commute to and from work. 50 hours per week, £45,630 p/a Permanent, full-time position.
