Accountable for the quality of workmanship
Methods used to affect the repair
Safety of yourself and those around while the repair is undertaken, and safe disposal of waste
Polite and professional approach
Respectful of property you work in
Safe and considerate driving
Able to diagnose and complete a cost-effective repair
What We Are Looking for in Our Trades Person:
NVQ Level 2 or above will be required for relevant trades
Experience of working in a social housing or building maintenance environment preferred
Comfortable with working in a social housing environment engaging with residents and representatives of Portsmouth City Council
Organised approach to meet the demands of your workloads completing repairs effectively and timely
Practical approach to health and safety, ensuring that you and others are safe at all times
