Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities: Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Identify new sales opportunities and convert incoming leads into long-term clients. Actively source new leads within your assigned market area. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates within the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to deliver a seamless customer journey. Requirements: Previous experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar customer-focused role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of GCSE Maths and English (C or above). Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving goals and targets. Willingness to learn about our product range and technical details.
