We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Relationship Manager to join our team. This pivotal role supports the Hospital Director and Clinical Director in the effective management and development of the practice while building and maintaining strong relationships with referring practices. Your New Role

Practice Management

Provide leadership and management to ensure all support functions within the practice run smoothly and efficiently. Actively contribute to business development initiatives and support projects introduced by the Senior Management Team. Demonstrate and uphold professional conduct at all times. Adhere to data protection measures and Health & Safety regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the practice. Marketing and Business Development

Collaborate with the management team to plan and promote events such as CPD sessions, "lunch and learns," and practice visits. Develop and implement marketing strategies, including preparing and monitoring marketing plans. Coordinate the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and client surveys. Regularly review and update the practice’s website and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Gather and share client feedback, including Google reviews and surveys, to inform continuous improvement efforts. Maintain strong relationships with referring practices and provide regular feedback to the Senior Management Team. What We’re looking for

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background or knowledge in marketing, complemented by an outgoing personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of managing their time effectively, and able to work independently. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle will be required. Working Hours

This full-time role consists of 40 hours per week over five days. Approximately 20% of your time will be office-based, while the remaining 80% will involve off-site visits to referring veterinary practices and out-of-hours providers. Because our employees matter
