KOS team? Due to expansion, KOS are expanding our sales team and looking for fresh talent to join us. KOS is one of the largest independent managed print services providers. With over 25 years of experience within the print solution industry, our services have evolved to offer further technology solutions to our customers including audio-visual products. As a Trainee Telemarketer at KOS, you will generate prospective customers through various outreach initiatives and follow up via phone/email to gain information and convert to an appointment or quote. In this role, you will work as part of the sales team where your primary duties include approaching prospective customers, winning new clients, retaining, and maintaining good relationships with current customers and working to KPIs and targets. Are you confident, a bit of an extrovert maybe, resilient, self-motivated and have a bubbly personality? These are just some of the skills required to succeed. you must: Be enthusiastic about sales and able to maintain high standards and a positive attitude throughout the day. Have a warm and engaging personality with strong negotiating and closing skills. Be a good relationship builder. Have excellent verbal and written communication. Have a high level of self-resilience with the ability to handle rejection well and overcome objections. Have the ability to work under pressure and flourish in a competitive situation. Be relied on, to work to and achieve required KPIs and targets both personally and as part of a team. Responsibilities after completing your in-house training: Work towards sales and productivity KPIs and targets. Seek opportunities and generate new business through various initiatives, including outreach and call drives. Look for ways to contribute to driving sales and growing the customer prospect database. Convert prospects to appointments. Maximise all sales opportunities by proactively upselling all products in the business portfolio. Retention of current customers through managing customer relationships. Upgrade existing customers where appropriate. Complete all relevant admin within the role. So, let’s cut to the chase! ‘amazing’: Competitive salary (varies depending on skill set and experience). Annual pay review. 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays and Christmas closure) with a potential to increase to 36 days following long continuous service. Early finish every Friday, leaving at 4.00pm. Casual dress when in the office. Regular social events, we’re a friendly bunch at KOS! Air-conditioned modern office with full kitchen facilities and break-out area. Genuine progression opportunities and development plans available.
