What will you be doing? The role exists to collect, collate and report metrics to help the function and business make data driven decisions, measure the value of investments and communicate how well delivery functions are performing. As the Administrator in the IT Governance team (reporting to the CTO) you will be responsible for: Collecting and compiling metrics from timesheet systems and internal departmental KPIs Help to prepare monthly packs for reporting. Preparation of materials and managing the staff nomination process for the monthly IT Cascade Administrative support for IT systems namely Clockify, Confluence, Friday Pulse, Monday and Pluralsight Support manager in other ad-hoc activities Is this role right for you? The role provides a great opportunity to gain an overview of key IT change activities and be part of process for managing this. It will also provide you with opportunities to deepen your knowledge of how an IT function operates. We think it is a great role for someone with good planning, attention to detail and a good eye for preparing presentations. It would be great if you already have… In depth knowledge of all Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint Capable of collecting information and preparing results to support management decision making Excellent attention to detail Some understanding of the IT systems mentioned above What can we do for you?
