Hybrid, 3 days a week at our headquarters based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. About the role FIDO Tech is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to guide the Relay IoT project team in leveraging Agile principles for efficient and high-quality delivery. You’ll act as a servant-leader, ensuring the team functions cohesively while facilitating collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team on Scrum principles, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. Collaborate with the Product Owner and QA to manage the backlog and prioritize tasks. Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team’s progress. Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and promote transparency across stakeholders. Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback and optimizing workflows. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in IoT or software development. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification. Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or Trello. Knowledge of backend technologies (Python, Kafka) and cloud systems (Azure) is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication and teamwork.
