We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and has strong production expertise, coordination skills, and project management experience. In this role, you will work across multiple market sectors, seamlessly shifting between teams and projects of various sizes. Your ability to stay organized and in-tune with your team will play a vital role in a successful workflow and product production. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office to maintain a collaborative team environment. Requirements and Responsibilities: Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional Architecture and Design firm Certified Interior Designer (CID) Demonstrate proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit (work samples required) Experience in design and rendering software; Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite, a plus. Responsible for project proposals, contract documentation and specifications, construction administration, and setting project budgets, schedules, and goals. Responsible for developing design concepts, product selections, and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selections for interior architectural projects from the schematic design phase through the construction administration phase. LEED accreditation and industry-relevant certifications, a plus.
