The Retail Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff.
The officer is responsible for preventing theft, deterring criminal activity, and managing any emergency or conflict situations.
This position requires keen observational skills, quick decision-making abilities, and effective communication to handle various security-related situations.

£11.47 per hour. Hours:
On average 30 - 42 hours per week, shifts as per site. 4 on 4 off, Monday to Saturday 14:00pm - 22:00pm & Sunday's 10:00am - 20:00pm. What’s in it for you? Contributory pension scheme. About you: Excellent communication & customer service skills. Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one. A full five-year checkable employment history.
