Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth. Analyse client data and feedback to understand their needs and propose effective solutions. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Conduct outbound calls to existing customers (suspects) to identify opportunities and offer a premium service. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and convert them into viable sales opportunities. Travel to client meetings and occasional site visits.
