Business Need / Purpose of Role:

To develop the footprint in Northern England and Scotland. Focus on developing new customers whilst growing existing customer accounts with the objective of exceeding budgeted targets. Objectives & Measurement Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

Including but not limited to: Account development and management. Interface between customers and internal operational teams. Support current and ongoing business, whilst developing new sales & growth initiatives within area of responsibility. Promote full range Company valve product portfolio for both OE & AM. Grow Valve business market share. Identify & establish potential strategic alliance opportunities to leverage our market share. Exceed Input budget. Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of the UK Power, Upstream / Downstream Oil & Gas and Industrial Valve markets. Proven understanding and experience of selling Valve OE & AM solutions in the territory is essential. A combination of strong Knowledge on Control, Isolation & Safety valves would also be advantageous. Candidates should have strong relationships with key customers within the specified Territory. Proven track record in business development together with a highly developed level of commercial awareness is required. The candidate should possess a positive, flexible attitude combined with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of self-motivation. Must have previous sales experience in the Valve markets referenced above. Language Skills:

Good communicator with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers. Excellent report writing skills and able to compile comprehensive technical documentation. Reasoning Ability:

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Computer Skills:

The candidate should have knowledge of the following software: MS Office Salesforce Work Environment:

You will align to the facility in West Yorkshire as well as the other Business locations. Regular daily travel is an essential requirement of this role therefore valid UK driving licence is essential. Core Competencies: Business Acumen:
