£23,800pa plus bonus (OTE £30k) Our client is a hugely successful company based in Rugby who are looking for a Sales Advisor. Full training will be given in this position and it can be considered an entry-level role. We are looking for people who are prepared to work 42.5 hours plus a week. The basic salary starts at £23,800 but will be reviewed after probation. The best performers earn £1,000 a month plus and you can earn bonus from day one. Your key responsibilities as a Sales Advisor: Following a script Speaking to customers who are interested in an insurance policy to help them find the right one Updating an internal system with customer details Arranging payments either on the phone, via BACS, or direct debit The ideal candidate for a Sales Advisor: Clear, concise telephone manner Confident speaking over the phone Good with IT systems Ideally some sales experience Experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment (Office or retail/hospitality) GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential Benefits of working as a Sales Advisor: Free onsite parking Referral programme Healthcare schemes with various discounts Generous commission scheme Interested?
