Days From time To time Mon 05:30 - 14:30 Tue 05:30 - 13:30 Thu 14:15 - 23:15 Sat 14:15 - 23:15 Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too. Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader you’ll: Work in a fast-paced retail environment. Take ownership of running duty shifts. Be there for customers and listen to them. Look for ways to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues in-store. Maintain a great understanding of how your store is performing.
