The Role: Join our dynamic team as a Renewables Sales Surveyor, where you'll manage inquiries for heat pumps, solar panels, underfloor heating, and EV charging points. You'll design customised solutions, prepare quotations, conduct site visits, and close sales. We seek strong communicators who are personable and skilled at building relationships with prospective customers. Ideal candidates will have a commercial mindset, a background in sales and experience in or a passion for the renewables sector. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:

Handle inquiries, understand needs, and provide tailored renewable energy solutions. Solution Design:

Create customized plans based on site assessments and client requirements. Site Assessment:

Conduct thorough evaluations to determine project requirements. Quotation Preparation:

Develop accurate cost estimates and competitive quotations. Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships from inquiry to project completion. Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary equipment and materials. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure proposals and installations meet legal and regulatory standards. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain records and provide progress updates to stakeholders. Quality Assurance:

Ensure high-quality, sustainable solutions aligning with company standards. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and enhance estimating processes. What we’re looking for: Commercial Acumen:

Ability to design cost-effective and competitive solutions, and develop accurate cost estimates and quotations. Technical Knowledge:

A strong background in renewables sales would be an advantage. Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and understand their needs. Customer Relationship Management:

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers. Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy in preparing quotations, documentation, and reporting. Adaptability:

Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Organisational Skills:

Excellent organization skills to manage site visits, coordinate with vendors, and maintain comprehensive project records. Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledgeable in estimating, cost analysis, and project management.
