With an exciting range of shops, souvenir outlets, and interactive retail spaces, we offer unique products that help guests take a piece of the magic home. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Retail Senior Hostr to help lead our dynamic retail team. Role Overview: As a Retail Senior Host , you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across our retail outlets. You will lead a team of passionate Retail Hosts, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is ready to take on a leadership position. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail assistants to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensure the smooth operation of retail outlets, including product merchandising, stock control, and daily sales reporting. Support the Retail Manager in driving sales performance and meeting revenue targets. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Assist with staff training and development, ensuring team members are knowledgeable and confident in their roles. Monitor product displays and ensure that all stores are visually appealing and well-stocked. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cash handling procedures. Help coordinate stock replenishments, promotions, and seasonal events. Qualifications & Experience
About You:
Previous experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team. A passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required. Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to problem-solve effectively. Benefits
