Here at Nestlé, we are super passionate about recruiting and developing great talent to help us achieve our commercial ambitions and goals. That’s why we are looking to connect with individuals about current and future Sales opportunities across the Nestlé UK&I Group. So, whether you’re just starting out in your career or have a wealth of Sales experience, we’d love to hear from you! Where are our opportunities? We have offices in York, Gatwick and Welwyn Garden City but we very much work in a hybrid way, so you’ll usually be working in the office or out at a customer 1 to 2 days per week and then home working. If you want to be in the office more then that’s absolutely fine. We have fantastic facilities to take advantage of! What is our approach to flexible working? We have lots of colleagues that work flexibly and in many different ways, different core hours and hybrid working. Please talk to us during the recruitment process about what flexibility could look like for you. What can you expect from a career in the Nestlé Sales Team? Every day and Everywhere, we are building a Sales community of unique people, that thrive together, make a positive difference and deliver market leading results. Across Nestlé, we are creating an environment where we all feel we belong, we are the best we can be, and we win together. We want people to feel they can be themselves, dare greatly and believe their best is yet to come. We will actively encourage you to gain different experiences in a wide range of roles across Category, Sales and Marketing whilst being able to support a breadth of different experiences with iconic global brands like KitKat, Smarties, Nescafé, SMA and many more. We want our people to have the breadth and depth of experience and as a result access fantastic career opportunities which could lead to a wide range of exciting roles both in the UK and across other markets. Supported by our industry leading eBusiness and Sales Academies which develops you in all aspects of eCommerce, customer and category management, you truly can achieve your full potential whatever that might mean for you. We will provide support and coaching to help you develop yourself in your career and as an individual, as well as offering great benefits that you’d expect from a business the size of Nestlé – in the shape of a competitive salary and benefits package, bonus scheme, flexible working scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus up to an additional 12 days flex leave, bank holiday exchange, competitive pension scheme and much more. What will you bring in return? You’ll be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for our Nestlé brands, you will have commercial capability and if you have experience of influencing across a range of stakeholders, ideally within a matrix structure than great. Whether you’re an experienced commercial individual or just starting out we are looking for you to demonstrate the ability to flex your style whilst working in an environment that can be, at times, ambiguous. You’ll also: Have a great analytical approach to drive insight and be able to transform data into compelling stories that drives actions and return on investment. Be adaptable, demonstrating agility to use your initiative to solve challenges rapidly and often in a creative way. Understand the importance of working in a customer centric way. Be courageous, we’re not afraid to think differently and embrace new ideas. We want you to disrupt what we do in the right way to drive great results and change. Love of learning, understanding 'why?' and ability to share this both externally and internally in a compelling way. What you need to know As this is a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities, we will endeavour to inform you as quickly as possible if your profile is being considered. However, there might be occasions where we will contact you at a later date as suitable opportunities arise across the Nestlé Group. At Nestlé, our values are rooted in respect. When we embrace diversity and give everyone the chance to be the best they can be, we can think in new, creative ways that grow and enhance our business. People of all gender identities, ethnically diverse individuals, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBT+ community are strongly encouraged to apply. If there is anything we can do to accommodate you to participate fully in the application process, please let us know. We take pride in championing inclusion and diversity, our people make up a number of Colleague Networks who represent different experiences and communities who hold us accountable in creating a sense of belonging for all, and our values create the conditions for us to respect the unique contribution you bring. We are committed to equal opportunity for all and we may collect relevant data for monitoring purposes during our candidate registration process. Be yourself, everyone else is taken!
