Multiple Locations Full Time £23,000 - £30,000 per year (salary will be dependant on skills and experience) We are seeking an Admissions and Marketing Officer to join our team. Responsible to:

United Kingdom (required) The following duties shall be deemed to be included in the professional duties which you may be required to perform: Schedule 1 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities You may be required to undertake such other reasonable duties from time to time as the School may reasonably require. Maintaining and developing active and cordial links with other schools. This will include the planning of attendance at trade fairs, educational fairs and next step events at feeder schools; occasionally there may be the need for International travel to our sister schools. Identify (school and non-school based) feeder relationships within the local community and establish close working partnerships to generate new enquiries. Identify new lines of enquiries to achieve the budgetary pupil number and implement necessary actions. Develop relationships with local nurseries, schools and businesses within the catchment area and beyond to raise the profile of the school and support pupil recruitment. Identify and establish UK boarding pupil opportunities. Contributing to the School’s marketing thinking, strategy and initiatives. Liaising with our sister International schools regarding boarders, ensuring travel arrangements and visa requirements are met. Collate monthly admission reports/registers. First point of contact for prospective parents – organise school tours, Taster Days, liaising with Head of School. Ensuring a smooth and positive transition through our Admissions process for new starters, including handling VISA requirements for our International Students where necessary. Schedule 1 Professional Standards The following standards shall be expected in the performance of all your duties: Portraying a positive attitude at all times and working to the highest possible standard of presentation and delivery. Including the development of self-esteem, positive motivation and constructive learning, whilst promoting multidisciplinary, international, educational learning. Encouraging open collaboration with all parties during meetings with parents and students. Maintaining calmness and composure. Having similar high expectations from students. Avoiding any communication with the media without the specific permission of the Head, or their designated deputy. Avoiding writing to parents without the specific permission of the Head, or their designated deputy. Skills Essential The ability to exercise discretion to maintain confidentiality in the handling of sensitive/confidential information. Professional content creation in ‘reel format’. Ability to multi-task and to meet set deadlines, with outstanding organisational and project management skills. A co-operative, personable team player, able to work independently and take ownership of own workload. Experience in digital marketing and social media. Ability to put marketing/admissions strategy in place to achieve the goals according to the global guidelines. High level of ability to think strategically and ensure successful implementation of the strategies. A strong goal and results orientation; ability to understand and report goals/metrics. A high level of integrity and professionalism. Experience of working in a sales, admissions or customer management role in a similar environment. An enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and evidence of continuously driving service improvements. Experience of effectively handling customer complaints and challenging people. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Proactive approach to work with ability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
