Responsible for taking incoming inquiries and sending out quotations in line with KPIs, as well as proactively following them up to convert them to orders. Achieve personal and department targets. Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required. Assist with the implementation of department sales and marketing strategies. Maintain and update customer relations management system. Develop new and existing targeted accounts. Responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers. Provide quotations from customer inquiries. Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders. Our Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a similar sales or customer service role ideally selling into construction/civils Able to communicate at all levels. Computer literate with good IT skills particularly MS Office Understand and work in line with the Company’s business plan. Interested in this opportunity?
