Global Marketing & Communications Director Job Purpose

The marketing coordinator is responsible for crafting and implementing creative strategies to elevate brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive growth across digital platforms. This role ensures seamless storytelling by managing social media, producing high-quality content, coordinating with key stakeholders, and fostering meaningful collaborations with industry partners and influencers. This is a global role, candidate can be based in anywhere with CPL entities. Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage strategies to enhance brand presence on social media. Create and maintain social media calendars to align with overall marketing campaigns. Engage with audiences to foster community building and customer interaction. Monitor performance metrics and optimise content for maximum reach and engagement. Produce engaging content including posts, articles, graphics, and videos, tailored to specific platforms and audiences. Coordinate with internal teams to align content themes with marketing objectives. Maintain high-quality standards for storytelling across all digital channels. Collaborate with perfumers to showcase their professional journeys and creative processes. Develop interviews, profiles, and feature stories that highlight the art and craft of perfumery. Act as a key point of contact with the Fine Fragrance Team to ensure alignment on brand vision and campaigns. Facilitate collaborations and projects with FF CPL Account. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry organisations like The Perfume Society and The Fragrance Foundation (TFF). Coordinate joint promotions and collaborative initiatives to enhance brand visibility. Identify and manage partnerships with influencers to amplify brand reach and attract new audiences. Track campaign effectiveness and ensure influencer collaborations align with brand values. Develop and oversee video content creation for social media, promotional campaigns, and branded projects. Coordinate with external vendors and ensure professional production quality. Skills and Attributes Required

At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business and Marketing Strong experience in managing social media platforms and developing strategies. Proficiency in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and influencer management. Analytical skills to measure content and campaign performance, with the ability to adjust strategies as needed. Creativity and storytelling expertise to craft engaging narratives. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Adaptable and responsive to evolving trends and platform algorithms. A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset. Passionate about the fragrance and luxury industries. Experience in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury sectors. Familiarity with industry organisations and influencers in the industry. Knowledge of video editing tools and social media management platforms.
