Personal Assistant for a Lady 16 Hrs P/W @ £15 P/H in NR29 - GREAT YARMOUTH - NR29 I am a full-time wheelchair user seeking a personal assistant to provide essential support and help improve the quality of my daily life. I am looking for a dedicated and compassionate personal assistant who can assist me with daily living activities. I currently live in my family home with my husband, one child, and two pet dogs. I am looking for a PA who would help me remain independent and provide companionship to improve my wellbeing. Location:

NR29 Job Description:

Assisting with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and personal care. Proficient in using a hoist for transfers. Providing support in and around the house to ensure a comfortable and safe environment. Empowering and assisting in maintaining my independence. Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance my general wellbeing. Assisting during outings and excursions. Willingness to perform any other reasonable duties as requested. Essential: Female personal assistant due to the personal care aspect. Full UK driving license holder with appropriate business insurance cover. The ideal candidate would require a calming, reassuring, caring, and patient demeanor. The person I employ must have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of work, including total respect for my privacy. If this position requires any of the following, the employee will be required to complete free annual training. Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Dog-friendly, as there are pet dogs in the family home. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the individual's needs. Summary Terms and Conditions

The rate of pay for this position is £15.00 per hour. Hours and times of work: 16 Hours per week Flexible, time discussed further at interview. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks. Free Care Skills training is provided to employed staff. The post is subject to the following: A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer. Satisfactory references from two referees, one of whom must be your current or last employer. Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
