Requirements:
Hold a recognised horticultural or garden design qualification and have demonstrable knowledge. Excellent plant knowledge. A love of gardens, gardening, and being outdoors. Attention to detail. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for their subject in both customer-facing and supervisory situations. Confident working alone and with others in a supervisory capacity. Experience with a wide range of garden tools and basic garden machinery. Fit and able to complete physical work. Must be practical and capable of carrying out a wide range of tasks to a consistently high standard. Must be eligible to work in the UK. UK driving licence. Be based within a commutable distance of the A3 Corridor Liphook, GU30 7LG.
